3.3 Prohibited Content and Activities

Illegal Activities

Comply with applicable laws. Do not use Spekmi Products to engage in, encourage, promote, or solicit illegal activity. Violations may be reported to law enforcement. Prohibited uses include generating content that:

• Promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for drug trafficking or illegal substances
• Infringes third-party rights including intellectual property
• Relates to high-risk activities (weapons development, military/warfare, critical infrastructure)
• Enables or exploits individuals (human trafficking, sexual services)

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Zero tolerance policy. Any generation or attempted generation of CSAM is strictly prohibited. We will report all actual or suspected CSAM to law enforcement and terminate your account.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

Do not generate intimate images of any person without explicit consent of all individuals involved.

Hate and Discrimination

Do not use Spekmi Products to promote hate, discrimination, or harassment, including content that:

• Promotes hate or discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or caste
• Engages in revisionism or denialism of documented events like the Holocaust
• Uses harassing language
• Glorifies suffering or humiliation of others

Violence and Threats

Do not conduct or generate activity or content that promotes, incites, threatens, or glorifies violence, including threats of physical harm or glorification of terrorism.

Self-Harm

Do not generate content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide, including:

• Graphic depictions of self-harm
• Detailed descriptions of self-harm methods
• Encouragement of self-harm or suicidal behavior

Fraud and Scams

Do not engage in fraudulent activity or scams, including:

• Phishing attempts
• Financial scams
• Impersonation
• Misrepresentation of facts and data

Misinformation

Do not generate deliberately misleading, false, or deceptive content, including:

• False information about current events, health, science, or undermining civic/political processes
• Harmful conspiracy theories
• Misinformation targeting protected groups

Privacy

Do not generate content that invades or violates others' privacy.

Professional Advice

Do not provide professional advice without proper qualification, including:

• Investment advice, financial planning, or financial guidance
• Legal counsel or legal recommendations
• Medical diagnoses, treatment suggestions, or health guidance

3.4 Enforcement

Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account per our Terms of Service, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

3.5 Report Violations

Report violations through our Help Center or at legal@spekmi.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
